XCEL provides trusted engineering, consulting and project management services to government agencies and private industry. Originally founded in 1971 by professional engineers at the University of Tennessee, XCEL was purchased in 2003 by U.S. Army and Navy veterans with a strong background in environmental and safety engineering. XCEL offers professional engineers, project managers, and other certified professionals. Our experience includes environmental management, energy efficiency program support, hazardous waste site operations, air emissions, pollution prevention, construction management, D&D operations, CAA, OSHA, RCRA, HVAC system design, and risk/safety assessments.
